GBS requires you contact them directly for warranty service. Please remember your claim must be filed within 5 days of the incident.

For issues with a mattress protector or mattress/boxspring encasement product please email the following information to productclaims@gbsent.com:

  • Subject Line: Name & Order Number
  • Body of email: Brief Description of Defect/Issue
  • Photos: Product Tag, Defective Area, Receipt

GBS will email you within 2-7 business days.

For issues related to a stained/damaged mattress please call 855-577-7349 to begin the claim process.
