For issues with a mattress protector or mattress/boxspring encasement product please email the following information to

  • Subject Line: Name & Order Number
  • Body of email: Brief Description of Defect/Issue
  • Photos: Product Tag, Defective Area, Receipt

GBS will email you within 2-7 business days.
