If you feel you are experiencing a warranty issue, please use the list below to provide the necessary photos.

      2. Closeup of Defect
      3. Defect from a Distance that shows the entire item

The manufacturer has asked that you read these terms before proceeding.

We strongly recommend you review the warranty to determine if your product meets the criteria for warranty service.

Keep in mind that the manufacturer only warrants the product against measurable manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover any comfort related issues.
